The year-end meeting of the Lehigh Wheelmen Association was held on December 16, 2008.  Because there was only one candidate for each position, the following were elected by acclamation:

President - Phil Esempio

VP Touring - Open

Membership Administrator - Open

VP Racing - Pete Siegfried

Secretary - Jen Sprankle

Treasurer - Stephanie Begovich

Board 2 year term - Ed Gibney & Jack Helffrich

Board 1 year term - Joe Garchinski & Steve Leiby
